I created Optimal Physicality to enhance your living experience, to be able to use and build your strength abilities while having the endurance to not give up under the slightest struggle. Strength and endurance is a foundation for a healthier and more empowered life, I am here to guide you in your journey and help you unlock your full physical potential.
What is strength and endurance training?
Strength is the force you are able to produce and endurance is being able to perform for a longer duration of time. We sort of combine both training to first of all make the training more effective and also save yourself time. Strength and endurance training should be used by anyone who is able to breath. We do it to make life easier and more enjoyable, regardless of age, gender or disabilities. How a training will look will differ from person to person, a system that fits all does not exist, we take a look at our lives and intersects. A personal system is necessary to be able to perform long term, I am able to help you with finding and creating this system.
